The Ideal Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a server in the restaurant industry. Has a current CA Serv-Safe License. A team player with great communication skills, able to muti-task, and have great customer service skills, knowledge of craft beer's and wine service.
Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, as well as serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and the servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
We are currently accepting applications for restaurant Hosts. We are looking for confident, energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for guest service. Applicants must be able to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
We are seeking candidtates who will ensure that the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Works with managers and team members to provide smooth operation of the restaurant. Must be cheerful and able to accomodate any guest needs as they occur.
Expo / Food Runner
Coordinates delivery of our award winning, Italian food at the proper temperature and time to all guests. Checks and garnishes plates from the line and ensures food is correct, cooked properly, and ready to serve. Must be able to communicate effectively with FOH staff and kitchen staff.
Mare is currently seeking candidates to join our Culinary Team. We are looking for grill cooks, line cooks and prep cooks with high volume experience. We are searching for energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. All grill candidates must have previous experience on a high volume saute line, must be able to judge meat and fish temperatures, and maintain an organized grill. Professional attitude, cleanliness, and high standards are non-negotiable.
